Limited obstetrical ultrasound (CPT 76815) for a focused clinical question such as fetal heart rate, fetal position, or amniotic fluid assessment. Quick evaluation when a full growth scan is not required.
Preparation Instructions
- 126 weeks or more: No special preparation required
- 2Earlier than 26 weeks: Drink 16 oz of water one hour before the exam
